How to report an issue
Repair requests can be submitted to your mechanics from the web or using the mobile app. Below are examples of how to add work orders from both places.
- On the Work Orders page click the Add Work Order button (web) or + button (mobile)
- Select the Asset the work order is for
- Enter details about the issue in the Details field
- If the vehicle isn't usable, select Out of Service to alert mechanics that the issue is urgent
- On the mobile app, you can add mutliple photos by clicking Add Photo
- Submit the work order and your shop will be alerted to a new issue
